Jeff, Each of the airlines in AQP develop their own list. Northwest has
freely distributed theirs in the past. Delta has one but I do not think
that they have ever released it outside of the company. Battelle was
working on a model AQP database project a while back, however, I do not
recall seeing a CRM specific list emerge from that effort.
The best list that I know of happens to be free for download on the
Developers Group Web Site at
http://www.caar.db.erau.edu/crm/resources/paper/frmskills.html. It was
made by 10th Air Force Stan Eval so it may be well suited to your military
requirements.
