Hanspeter,

I'm still looking. Dick Jensen's and K. Parker's recent postings
suggested some good material. The FAA also has a series of publications
"Aeronautical Decision Making ..." aimed at groups from student pilots
to air carrier pilots. They are available through NTIS _at_ 703-487-4660
or NTIS, U.S. Department of Commerce, Springfield, VA 22161.

However, I'm still looking for material that is even more basic. I
would especially like to find a video that illustrates crew member
functioning and duties in multi-pilot crews. And I mean REALLY basic,
something like: "This is the Captain he or she sits on the left
(usually), the Captain's responsibilities are ... this is how checklists
are used in multi-pilot crews ... and so on." I doubt that anything
THAT basic exists, but I am putting a program together for a group that
actually has to start at that level.

I'll let you know if I find anything.
