Have you looked at Cranfield's M.Phil programme or just the MSc Psychol.?
I know at least two people who have done the MPhil specifically as an
aviation-content programme. As a research degree the only problem is
finding someone who is willing to supervise your project - the nature of
the project is a matter of negotiation, not regulation.
