I haven't had the experience of developing a course for one crew that
continuously flies together, but I have developed courseware for small
"departments" (20-25 aviators). I think the best approach would be to get the
crew(s) to work with you to develop the courseware. As soon as they figure
that your job is to bring the CRM stuff to the table and theirs bring the
technical stuff (how to do the job), harmony will follow. So ends the input of
another guy with an opinion (and some experience).
