John,
This may be dangerous. The "boomerang effect" could occur, especially at
the awareness level of training. I am an instructor pilot and the ACT
program manager at the Navy P-3 FRS and some of our students have been
through Air Force primary training. Recently after completing our Initial
Facilitation of ACT to the CAT I students many have approached me and
commented that they recieved weekly briefings on ACT in primary with the
Air Force, most stating the movies were very good but, the training was
overkill. Our program is experiencing feedback that it requires more skill
based training and unfortunately we are waiting on money to help fully
integrate it into our simulators and flights. My opinion is you can over
water the seeds and they won't grow.

P.S. I would be interested in exchanging program info and training
materials.
