In initial discussions with members of this group I've discovered that
they don't have a clue about how to work as part of a crew; for
instance, "do then confirm" or "challenge and respond" checklist usage
is a completely new and foreign concept to them. We have good materials
for more a more experienced group, but nothing appropriate to the
initial training for this group.
I would appreciate any suggestions or sources.
