Hi Greg, I'm the CRM POC for the wing at Pope AFB, and we are in the
process of improving CRM training, with the intention of fixing the
problem you just described.. The biggest task is simply increasing CRM
awareness by making CRM training more than just an annual class. CRM is
something everyone should actively incorporate and be conscious of every
time they fly, and to emphasize it more often, we are building a CRM
emphasis program, which for the most part, will consist of short videos
with question/answer periods afterwards (conducted a monthly/quarterly
basis). I think this will really help. See you soon.
