Interesting questions: here's a couple of observations.
I teach annual CRM refresher, as well as other lesson. When the annual
class is starting out, after we have had the polite introductions of names and
talents, I ask the following question: "Have you done any CRM stuff lately?"
The eyes glaze over, the heads tilt, and after a long period of silence,
someone will answer "No, it's been a year since I was here for training." I
quickly respond, "Yes, I understand that it's been a year since you came to
annual training, but have you done any CRM stuff , LATELY?" They look at me
in disbelief, and say, more firmly now, "No, it's been almost a year".
What's missing from this picture?
