Thats ok. You raised two very interesting topics anyway.
You said you were concerned about a pilot flying after having a hypnosis
session, I can understand your concern. Unfortunately, the entertainment
industry has given hypnosis a bit of a bad name. If pilots are assessed
carefully as to suitability for hypnosis and the work is done by
appropriately trained professionals, hypnosis is a very valuable tool in
helping pilots improve their performance and manage stress and anxiety.
