I might be interested. I am currently part of a three-member team to rewrite our
CRM
and include flight attendants and pilots together for all intial/recurrent
training.. I am working closely with various outsourced entities and in-house
programs. Our mindset is rather progressive and the materials cover a vast array
of possiblities. I am curious to see
what 121 carriers will launch as precedent. Participating in this forum sounds
awfully
exciting. Please keep me posted.
