Leaving Psychs out of Crm is about straight out jobs for the `boys'.

There happens to be registered psychs who are also flying for the airlines,
I wonder how that will be managed - to ban them from Crm is outright ridiculous!

Whoever made that decision better go look at Group Think theory!
