Thanks for posting your thoughts on electronic checklists. I'm a
researcher, not a pilot, and of the co.s I've rode jumpseat with, I've only
been able to observe mechanical (not electronic) checklists - very simple
toggle left/right switches. They don't suffer from some of the drawbacks
you mentioned. But they may have some of their own. Any thoughts on this?
