Pat is an instructor pilot who just finished my CRM Facilitator course and
will be attending the symposium. She has been recently charged with the task
to create a sudden and positive improvement of CRM awareness in her unit,
which has the mission of primary flight training for the C-130s here at
Little Rock. I invited her to join this group and attend the social.
PS. For those of you interested in "gender" issues, she also flew the C-21
(USAF Lear Jet) and was a PIC when a three-star climbed in and, with a
surprised look, said "wow, a girl for a pilot". Meet and greet her at the
social.
