One of the luxuries of being from a small carrier is that you have a pretty
good notion of how different people bounce. You then can set up your
exercise teams in a creative way which takes advantage of what you
already know about some people. The division into sub groupings can be
done in a number of different ways and although the method seems random to
the group you have really put certain people in the same grouping for a
desired interaction. If you have a two day class you can do the same thing
with people you did not know previously. People reveal themselves in the
discussions and exercises.
