Tiger Teams

Tiger Teams are a major activity of the Industry CRM Developers Group. Each team is formed to address an industry need and produce products which form the basis of carrier-specific product development.

Situational Awareness Management

The first Tiger Team formed continues its work. It is focused on development of a training module for Situational Awareness Management.
